The hotel we stayed at offered 2 restaurant options for breakfast buffet - one mixed and one Japanese. The mixed one opens daily while the Japanese one only opens on the weekends so we decided to take the chance and try the Japanese one since well, we're in Japan.

I can't deny I was expecting like sushi or sashimi but I guess nobody eats those for breakfast. The variety is definitely smaller than the mixed one and I didn't dare to try some of the food. However the green tea served is really nice!

After we're done with our Japanese breakfast, we went back to the hotel and the same thing repeated, is sleeping till it's noon.

Since we've already gone to most of the places we wanted to go, the day is used for going to some of the places again to explore further / do stuff we forgot to do when we were there.

My trying-hard-to-blend-in-with-Japanese-fashion #ootd. I seriously think I did not bad :p

Skipped lunch because we forgot wtf. We headed to Shinjuku because my mum was looking for Burberry and the Internet recommended the branches at Shinjuku, like those in Takashimaya, Ossetian etc.

And thanks to this we realized there's so so so so so much more in Shinjuku!! The next time we return we would definitely come here and spend the whole day here.

Our first stop is Starbucks because my mum craved for some caffeine and since she's at it, why not I have some too heh. Took us awhile to find it because we were at the opposite exit, totally not anywhere near Starbucks.

Next we headed for Takashimaya and once again we had trouble finding the way there but luckily my mum saw this sign on the construction barrier that pointed to the way to Takashimaya. (I pajiao one just in case you still haven't knew)

And the Takashimaya there is omg so huge and is like all the brands are all there so it was hard to find Burberry. I attempted to look at the floor map in Japanese and I actually found the right way LOL. There's black label (guys) and blue label (limited to Japan) and I was so proud of myself to be able to identify the right one (blue label) hehe. Got to the Burberry shop and my mum actually saw a bag she likes but we left shortly after because I was saying that it doesn't feel branded wtf. We then passed by the Longchamp store and we ended up buying the common Longchamp bag because I told my mum "at least you leave Japan with something branded and you now have a branded bag." #bestdaughtercough

Went to Isetan next and in Singapore all the Isetan is like part of the shopping mall but in Japan it's like one whole huge building so it's rather.. eye opening. #suaku

This time we went to the information counter to ask where Burberry is because there wasn't any floor plan and it was awkward because they didn't catch my pronunciation and also because they pronounce Burberry as Ba-ba-li. We went to the Burberry part and it was mostly their winter clothing collection and very little bag so we just walked away and looked at other brands.

Got out of Isetan and there was OIOI opposite which is also somewhat like Isetan and Takashimaya so we went in and this time I learnt my lesson so when I went to ask, I was like "Hi we where's Ba-ba-li?" and they understood it immediately LOL.

& yup we did buy something from Burberry in the end at OIOI but not going to talk about the selection process because it's like lots of consideration shit and ain't nobody got time to type that yo.  But that bag right, my mum bought it with the intention of giving it to me in the future / sharing it with me so the bag had a young feeling? I have no idea how to describe it.

After payment and claiming back the tax and whatever not, we rushed to the station so we can head to Harajuku for what I needed to do, and I saw this!

Aiba's movie promotion hehe! Also this day was also the first day when the movie started showing and I was seriously considering watching the movie in Japan (but I did not in the end).

Headed to Harajuku and we went off to our first stop, Johnny's shop which is one of the places I want to visit in Japan because it's the place that sells the official photos for Arashi and other groups under Johnny's entertainment! & also because I totally forgot about it during my previous trip to Harajuku on Day 2 wtf.

It took us awhile AGAIN because the intermet mislead us but after comparing the fan's map and the map at the station, we found the right place and finally found the place!

Actually I had no intention of even going in because it was a weekend and I heard that the queue is super long and need to take queue number etc but when we reached there was not much people and the staff saw us hanging around came up to ask if we wanted to go in so we just took the offer.

& we came out with a thinner wallet. Just joking I didn't buy much and the photos didn't cost much. But it was quite an experience for me and also my mum because there was this group of Japanese adult fangirling over Arashi as well and my mum was totally judging HAHAHAHA.

We then headed to the Takeshita Dori again because I felt that I didn't do enough shopping for myself but at the end of the day I only bought like 3 accessories for Claire's.

We had crepes again because my mum was craving for it and we shared a strawberry one!

AND IT'S BETTER THAN THE CHOCOLATE ONE which means it's damn freaking good because I always choose chocolate over strawberry. The strawberries and not sour at all, they are all really really sweet! Had a little snatching competition with my mum over this HAHAHAHA.

There's this water boiler in the hotel room which my mum thinks is very good so she wanted to find it and buy it back. I was reminded that Bic Camera sells electronics so we went back to Shinjuku for it. & we did found it omg can you imagine how happy we were (mostly my mum) that we actually managed to find the exact same thing and also it was sooo cheap! We were like happily carrying it to the cashier and then when we asked if we can buy the converter and use it in Japan, the cashier got a China guy to assist which was super cool LOL speaking Chinese in Japan. In the end we could not buy because the voltage (or smth else idk how to translate) is different and it would be dangerous so we were soooo disappointed. ):

Walked around Bic Camera until their closing time and we headed to CoCo Curry House AGAIN because we love their curry rice and it's different from the one in Singapore so must have enough of it then go back hehe.

When we're done eating, we just headed back to the hotel and began packing our luggage as we were leaving Japan the next day.

~

Woke up the next day and we had back the usual mixed breakfast buffet instead because we didn't really like the Japanese one. When we were done, we headed out immediately (omg surprise) to the department stores nearby like the Tobu and Seibu to buy snacks back to Singapore as gifts.

And we spent almost all of our remaining money on snacks. We bought soooooo much that we had a hard time packing them into the already full luggage when we return to the hotel to check out.

Last selfie with Japan.

Came with 2 luggages and went back with 3, along with 2 hand carry luggages :x

After we checked out, we went out again for lunch because our limousine bus will only reach at a later time. I was craving for sushi because we haven't really enjoy a sushi meal (except for that super ex dinner with so little variety) but the one that I wanted to go to was so crowded and people are queueing for it as well and we don't have the time to queue for it so we decided to have something else.

But nope we couldn't find one that suits us / not crowded so I ended up buying the sushi in the supermarket and my mum bought a tiramisu cake so we can eat at the airport.

Went back to the hotel and boarded the bus to the airport. After getting into the tax and duty free part I went on a frantic search for Shiroi Koibito and I bought like around 12 boxes LOL. But I really love it and I even think that it's not enough but oh well.

Got on the plane and left Japan for home sweet home.

Cheers to Japan for being a great host.
