Carissa wanted to go to Lola's Cafe since last year so this year the roses finally got a chance to go to Lola's Cafe together. 🌹
It's just opposite kovan mrt so we walked there.
When we reached there, there were people waiting to be seated so we just "join in the queue" using the digitalized queue taker thing that another cafe (Ice Edge Cafe) has also before walking further down to explore while waiting.
I didn't want to sit outside because it was soooo hot and I don't wanna be sweating while I eat we were told that we have to wait quite long if we wanted to sit outside so we just sat outside but after we ordered our food, we were told that there was an empty table inside so we moved in in the end.

This is from the brunch menu and I have nothing to say about this actually. Not a bad thing ok.
Honey and Paprika Wings
I never like to eat chicken wings/drumsticks because BONESSS but then this was super nice because it was still crispy with the honey and all so I ate like 2 or 3 I forgot. Usually I will just not touch at all.
Nacho Cheese Fries
THIS I LOVE OK. The cheese was sooooooooooooooooo nice I have no idea how else to describe with my narrow vocab range wtf. And I love the fries even without cheese.
This was good too and this actually reminded me of Seekkheng when we were at pizzahut 'cus she was like struggling to have both the brownie and the ice cream together until we told her it wasn't necessary hahaha.
Our total bill was $40 for 4 dish and we split the bill among the 3 of us so each of us paid around $13 which was actually more worth it than other cafes because we were sooooo full (or is it just me). Wouldn't mind coming again to try their other dishes hehe.
After that we just walk back to kovan mrt and took the bus to xyp to get our certificate and dvd for the Our People Our Music performance before walking all the way to Serangoon mrt in the heat. I was wearing leather shorts so my shorts got rather hot wtf.
We stayed in nex for quite awhile, going to ntuc so Yisheng can buy his drinks and sitting down to talk and take selfiesss.
I blame the wind even though I glad that it was there after the heat. 😨
Headed our seperate ways and I went on back to amk to meet Tienfeng and then go for our free trial lesson for H2 Maths because.. it's free. #kiasu. But I guess the lesson helped to make me fear H2 Maths and want to just go poly (nonono not trying to jinx myself I still want to get into my first choice).
& that's all! A rather eventful day tho haha. 😂
