Early birthday celebration for me and Augustine! :D
Started the day by meeting Aug, ys and bq at the pick up point (??) of compass point because aug had to pass me his sister's violin and let my dad drive it home. When my dad saw them he was like, "woah all guys?" Told him that the girls haven't come yet to defend myself.
Met up with J & car and J dragged ys to "top up card". Had a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong wait (I tried to sleep a few times) until we were bought out to see J and ys on the stairs trying to light up candles.

Went to take the shuttle bus to Marina Country Club for prawn fishing! Actually me and aug weren't supposed to know where we were going but when bq mentioned the place was near the golf course place I googled and saw prawning LOL. When I asked if it was prawning, J's reaction totally gave everything off. Had to board the second bus because we couldn't squeeze in the first one and on the way I realised we're going to Marina Country Club which I first had sakura.. totally craving for it suddenly.
Was quite excited actually because I've never tried before.

Soon after I caught the first prawn! I didn't know what to do so the owner came to help me unhook.

Yisheng caught the second prawn and damn it was so hard to unhook that prawn and have to resort to asking the owner to help. At the same time, I caught another prawn! It was a big one and when ys helped me to bring it out of the pond it dropped to the floor and crawled so I kinda freaked out.
At the end of 1 hour we (6 people) only caught 3 prawns. Jasmine 2 Yisheng 1 Rest 0 heh :3

We were still thinking of what to do with these prawns until the person say we can BBQ the prawns there so we did it.

I think the person pitied us for only catching 3 despite having 6 person so he gave us 9 more prawns for free!

Ys said the prawns are not fresh and we were like, pretty sure we just caught it and bbq-ed it. xD

Went back to find the rest and we sat down in a circle and started playing concentration! The 2 people who lost 5 times have to treat drinks.

Enjoyed myself much because I got to tried something new and I've never had someone planning a birthday celebration for me in my entire life. PATHETIC I KNOW but I don't feel any less happy than those who have friends to celebrate for them every time because I know I've got much more blessing than them and never once I've had a rough birthday.
