It's all about self control, and knowing what's your priority. Does finishing your homework that's due tomorrow less important than leveling up your useless character on online games? If you think so then I think it's an addiction already, lol.
If you're those kind that don't know what you should do instead of procastinating, plan a timetable, or a day plan. Like, what you're gonna do first, next, after.
" THERE'S TOO MUCH STUFF HELP "
For me, I find it very effective by cancelling offthe things I've complete. I feel relieve when I cancel one thing away and see the list getting shorter. Trust me, you'll find it better than see a whole list of things you have to do.
Also, don't wait until the dateline.
If it's homework, finish it the day you get it if possible, because what if on the day before the dateline, there's alot of other work to do too? Getting things off your mind is the best thing ever, lol, so why not get it off as soon as possible?
Oh, and one last thing,
Just throw your phone away.
